Outsourcing Suggestions

I have a client that we do a lot of work for and his needs are growing substantially. A couple areas where it is not efficient for us to do the work ourselves any more is stickers and screen printing.

For stickers, some would be print and die cut, and the others would be cut vinyl decals. Anybody here have any suggestions as to a place to can do these?
Volume would be 2-5k stickers.
