These are some of the online stores I use for purchasing.
All of them have outstanding customer service and I would not think twice about using them when I make future purchases.
Zappos(Clothing), Amazon (books, music), CPO (Tools), BHPhoto(Computers, Hifi and software)
Curious as to who you use for purchasing online.

I'm broke all the time but I do like BHPhoto's service for camera gear, mp3 players & stuff.

  3. I love Zappos, mainly because they carry Garmont shoes which are hard to find (Asolo boots are re-branded boot made by Garmont's parent company and about $15 more, but their approach shoes and light hiking kicks are awesome). I ordered my brother a pair that wound up not fitting and they were understanding about the fact that I addressed them to the Spanish translation of his name, when they could of made it an issue I had to deal with.

Other good customer service - Wholefoods and Central Market. Have a question about 2 similar products? If the employee is doing his job well, he will tell you to buy the cheaper and give you other for free. Those people cut fillets from buffalo tenderloin hidden the back for me when I ask, I appreciate that they don't mind bothering. If you leave comments at Whole Foods they actually give a gift card or bonus to the employee and it helps their career. I worked for them before getting back into the industry after moving.

When it comes to making money, making life easier or the experience more enjoyable for everyone is clutch, imo.

Ebay- vehicles. I have bought about 5 vehicles off ebay and sold about 4. No haggling, no cheesy salesman.

Streetprices is a kicka$$ site for searching computer, camera and most electronics prices.

Partreplacement.com for any tool or appliance parts.
