I think Grimco can do them. How many, I band saw mine if there are only a couple or so, finish them up on the sander.

Fine blade with lots of teeth. Jig saw will work just fine. Then sand it.
be sure both sides are covered while doing this, one side usually is masked,
just cut your design out with an oval printed or cut in it, apply it BUT leave the application tape on, then cut the oval following the design, sand and remove the tape...

You're gonna wanna put it on top of maybe some 2" foam to cut it by hand. Otherwise, it will be so flimsy, yes, the .080 too, that your metal will just vibrate you to the point of not being very accurate.

Ok I will try just 0.40 alum. if that don't work I will try some Max metal, I'm sure I can get 2 pieces out of all the scraps I have of that.
