Overcut In Versaworks?

Is there a way to overcut in versaworks so the cutline goes a little bit past the starting point? So those spots don't pull.

I posted in General Software and then saw Roland. Sorry. (didn't get a response over there)

This is a GOOD question, I don't have the answer, but very interested if there is a way to do this?

Flexi has this option in the Production Manager, 4th tab, and check overcut. Hoping versaworks can do it somewhere.

I use Versaworks on a daily basis and have never found that option, even in the new Versaworks dual. We've a new gr640 coming next week and apparently it does it using "cut studio"

Hey jeffkics,

Overcut is a feature of the Roland cutter, such as the Roland GR series of cutters, not the Roland software (e.g VersaWorks, CutStudio). To find out if your cutter (or print/cut device) supports overcut, just check the user manual and specifications for your machine. We hope this confirmation helps in some way.
