Overlaminate attracting dirt and grime

I've noticed most of our printed & laminated signs seem to get dirty way faster than other signs we make. Is there a laminate that resists dirt/mold better than others? I've been using Arlon 3220 Matte laminate.

Any advice is appreciated.
