Overriding number of passes on HP L 25500 in Onyx 12

Looking for information on how to override our printer settings in 0nyx 12. If i check the box override printer settings I am seeing no change in the number of passes the printer is reporting.

What settings do you want to overwrite? You can't set a print mode on the printer itself, it will ever be set by the software.

I guess we need more information. What exactly are you looking to override... If you need more or less passes you can get this done with the media profile. if you think the printer is failing you, we need to see some pics.

I think it's right click on job, edit printer settings for the 25500.
