Overspray on SP540v

When I print in "High Quality" or "Standard" mode, I get megenta overspray. In "High Speed" mode it's great, no overspray.
I've given it a manual clean and replaced the damper. Any suggestions?

Wipe down the encoder strip with a clean micro-fiber cloth. Fixes our fuzzy prints. For whatever reason I have to clean it frequently. I blame it on the dog. LOL

I just cleaned my encoder yesterday. My prints started walking off the substrate.

However. One color ghosting is a hardware failure.

My sp540 is doing the exact same thing, only mine is black and cyan. I have to clean the encoder strip 3 times a day and it's spraying all over the inside. I replaced the dampers, no change. Now I know it's a bad head. I will be installing the new head today. My dealer wanted $1039 for a new head if I put it in myself. I found the dx4 head (brand new Roland) for $790. Good savings.
