Any other owners out there having issues with nozzle drop out during long runs?
Everything is clean as a whistle, caps clean, good wash fluid, no debris on the platen, head clean prior to print. Yet every single roll, nozzles drop out between 30 to 50 feet in. Usually in the predominant coverage color, but not always. Kinda scratching my head.
I had an HP8000 a few years back. Very similar machine. W-64 has Seiko heads the HP had Konica Minolta. Had the HP for 3 years and ran roughly 250K linear feet through it and did not have this issue. Sure the sporadic drop out, but not every roll.
Thoughts?
Thanks, Donny
