P manager shows cutting but the machine is not working

I have a Lynx-60 with LXI 7.5 My new computer did not have a serial port so I add a serial card, (running xp pro). I send the work to production manager and it show it cutting but the machine is not working

Either your serial card is not operating, which can be deciphered in
Windows device manager or your plotter is not recognizing or connected
to the correct port.
Drivers installed????

Make sure you have your setup right in PM. Make sure the right setup is checked and active.

I have checked card drivers updated, PM everthing correct in it, still nothing
