P2C plotter Question

I cant EVER seem to get reflective to cut all the way for me. I set my knife pressure to 400g and It won't EVER go through it. Am I doing something wrong? I even tried a 5 mil of etched glass film and I thought for sure it would go through and Again, NO Luck?!?!

Any Ideas
