What type of paint is best for using on regular plywood for temp cut vinyl? thanks

Cheap and dirty... Rustoleum.

cheap and dirty...........use whatever ya got layin round.
really for cheap and dirty, you would do better with 1 sheet of corplast, letter it, hand it to guy who owns the ply wood and tell him to GLUE IT TO IT)))))))))))))
