Painting Dunaboards

We prepaint the duna with a latex directly on the material. Then we've been applying gerber mask to it before we rout. When we remove the mask, the paint has been peeling with it. Has anyone else experienced this problem? We've experimented with different paints and masks and it's always a crapshoot.

Need to prime it with something that will stick to the foam. Latex does not stick to foam well. Matthew sells a primer for this.
I have had good luck with good old fashion stik-tite

I had failure like you've experienced as well and in their literature they suggest "Insl-X Stix" which is a urethane acrylic primer. I haven't had failure since I started using it.
