painting on vinyl

I need to block out the lettering on a curtain van. What paint will stick to the vinyl. Thanks for the help

Vinyl Ink would probably work and stay on best

I don't think it's specifically enamel receptive or anything but we use 3MIJ36-20, which is a matte temporary adhesive vinyl. It seems to work fine when painted with One Shot enamel.

Krylon brand spray paint. Back in the 80's I used it all the time on vinyl to create an "airbrushed" effect. Stuff held up well on vehicles going through car washes.

Krylon Fusion paint is formulated for plastics. It holds up pretty well.

Thanks for the responses. I found a primer called Ti-cote in the Chromatic (One shot) line that bridges enamel to vinyl.
