Pallet pricing on cast material for trailer wraps, can anyone beat this?

Just like the title says, I have bunch of trailer wraps coming up and I usually try and get the best and cheapest material I can get my hands on, I know best and cheapest doesn't really go hand in hand, but Briteline Wrapcast seems to work really well.
Does anyone know another product that works just as well that I can buy in bulk, but might shave off a few more bucks?

Does Grimco have any reps anymore? I purchased equipment through them in March and right after that, I was told that a lot of reps and techs were laid off. Some of the reps I work with, and have worked with for years, were let go.

Ask grimco for skid pricing, should be a decent discount from the default prices listed on website.

i agree, talk to your rep just in case. Sometimes it’s huge price drop but on the briteline I doubt it’ll be a lot. Worth checking though

As I use up to 4 rolls of 3M IJ680CR 48"x50yd a month, I reached out to my rep for special pricing. There are still reps as mine left a few months ago and his area is being covered by two other people now.

Of course I did, got pallet pricing from Grimco, Fellers, JDS and a few more... I'm asking because there are tons of distributors many of you deal with that I don't, there are even vinyl brands I am just learning about that I had never heard of. No ones really offering pallet pricing like they did five years ago, I guess it's just the economy we are in, thanks to everyone who replied.

If you are doing flat surface trailers, you could switch to OraCal 3551 Rapid Air and shave another $70 or more off per roll. Use the same Briteline Overlaminate as a premium overlaminate extends the UV life of 3551 (OraCal recommends 3551 with their 290 Cast laminate for box trucks and other flat surface wraps).

Call up Substance, they are right down the road from you. Discuss your particular application and desired quantity, they'll likely beat the heck out of that pricing, unless you're doing some intricate work on fenders and the like. Their UltraCurve H1 media is (I believe) their most conformable, designed for helmet wraps, and it's 499/ 54" roll. All the stuff I've gotten is great, one of their salesmen, Ryan, contacted me after hearing about a post on here where I was having issues... turns out I was printing on laminate...

Fellers Black Label Wrap Kit is $100 dollars less than Briteline.

Flexcon might have a vinyl and lam that would fit the needs. They are who makes Busmark and Busart vinyl for bus ads and wraps.

If your job is trailer sides and if they are flat, then you could save a small fortune by going with a polymeric calendared vinyl and laminate. A kit (with air egress) is going to be around $550 for 54"x150'. If you were to order 20 rolls of each you'd be around $11,000 and they will perform just as well. If you are actually stretching and wrapping (or going over tough rivets) then stick with cast, but if it is smooth and flat, this will put a good chunk of change in your pocket.

Hey now, I've voiced my concerns with substance and their naming conventions, this particular pair of products was Ultracurve X2 print media and Ultracurve 1000 laminate. They are wise enough to put PRINT MEDIA or OVERLAMINATE on the box, but the new guy wasn't wise enough to read that far, he read ultracurve ont he first box he picked up and loaded it, then I printed on it 5 different times across 3 days, until the Substance guys told me to try loading up another material I'd already successfully printed on, so after finally cutting off all the test prints, I realized it was clear.....

I have 30 rolls of 7 year cast vinyl and laminate for immediate sale. Normal price is ~$550/vinyl and $450/lamiante.

All for sale at $200/roll for either vinyl or laminate.

This is perfect for flat installs or decals.

Rivets are the issue, we used a high-end calendared product for a few years, but the installers hated it in the summer, it would cling to fast.
