Pantone color

We have a customer that gave a file with a Pantone color in the name
Pantone_U [HASHTAG]#20737[/HASHTAG]

There is nothing when I click on the color in Illustrator in the color picker.

Does that make sense to anyone? I checked the internet and Pantone's website and nothing there

Not a Pantone reference.

Perhaps a hexadecimal RGB reference?

I was thinking that too or a web color reference, the .ai file they gave us is a light warm gray

Which should me a mute point, but the customer is looking at our proof,
and of course the background color is a standard cream color suite sign, so their color does not show up well.
I explained in a not too them, but...

So we must have done something wrong (according to them)

Pantone added over 100 colors this year, but I didn't find any info for the number you listed, Tammy. They were doing web conferences earlier this year talking about the changes they have made to their system; Now the are basing the color appearances based on the perception of grey (I think this is to get along with GRACol better, and falls in line with the profiling I have been apart of when using 6 color inkjets).
