PANTONE Reflex Blue vinyl?

Does anyone know if there is a vinyl that is a close match to Reflex Blue?
It's for an interior, non-lit display, so most brands or series would work.
I could print but it would be better if I could find a vinyl close to that color.

These companies kill me, Royal Blue?
Royal Blue in normally almost purple... but I have seen that many times, one company's Navy blue, Sunflower yellow, Kelly green, etc.
is way off from everyone else.

It's strange that reflex blue seems to be used so much in the print industry and yet so few vinyl mfgrs don't have a 100% match...having said that Avery has a Pantone reflex blue c [HASHTAG]#679[/HASHTAG] comes in cast and calendered

Opaque - Avery Reflex Blue is my top pick, hits the PMS book nearly spot-on.
Transluscent - 3M/Gerber Royal Blue -87 has the best day/night color. imho.

We've always used Sapphire/Royal Blue for Reflex Blue and Olympic Blue for Process Blue
