Paper feed issue on my Rockhopper II

Hi guys,
Rockhopper II is the same as Falcon Outdoor II.

i have problems printing on vinyls. Between the paper rollers are some "bumps" which are not pulled down by vacuum in the head-area. So there is vertical banding on the prints.

Is there too much pressure on the rolls of the lever up/down? Can this be adjusted?

Is there too less vacuum? Can i adjust the vacuum?

I am not talking of banding in the print head movement direction, but of banding in feed direction.

Thx in advance!

I already tried with different heater settings. Even "OFF" (which is not funny for the prints either). On the Roland, the vinyl doesnt ahve any heating issues.

May be the pressure of the pressure lever adjusted? Is there any possibility?
