Great use or material...."out of the box" design. The conduit is a minimal problem to me. Painting it prior to install with a durable paint such as Krylon Fusion would have helped. Mask it off and you can still paint the conduit.

The client had more rock put around the sign. I looks amazing!!!! I'll post pics as soon as i get out there with my good camera.
