I am parting out a Mutoh 1204A with a bad print head. I will offer any part on the machine for a very fair price plus shipping. The machine was working when taken out of service. I will be glad to supply any pictures or videos upon request. I have a video of it powered up to show you that it does power on and go through the menu. I will gladly email that upon request as its a large file to upload here. Feel free to send me requests or any questions and I will gladly help in any way I can. ALL parts will be LESS than 1/2 of what you will find them for online. I attached a picture of the keypad after recording a video of it powered up.
