Parts to fix a channel letter sign?

High all, I have a customer begging me to fix a channel letter sign. During a storm, one letter face, and the metal strip that keeps it on blew off. I have no idea where to get a part to replace this, even if it could be replaced.

Suggestions?

The "metal part"....

is trimcap, and it's plastic with a metal core.
You just trace your face onto a piece of acrylic and cut it out.
Then trimcap it with some methylene.

know the basics.
