Password already in use?

Ok, so I had to replace a crashed hard drive and when I reinstall Flexi it says that password is already in use. Any way to erase the previous registration and reinstall the password again?

I have an email into SAI but thought maybe some of the brain trust here might have a solution.

Flexi 8.5 v2 is the disk I have.
