There is a guy that owns a woodshop about 45 miles away. I got there once a week and pick up my stuff. He stocks mdo for me and a few others, and we send him the files and he cuts it. Its been a big help to me. No more jigsaw.
His cnc is a shopbot I think. 5' by 10'.

Really outstanding work John, I like your idea of outsourcing the CNC work, another smart idea!
