Paste Option Not working

The paste option is not working. Generally I copy text from say an email and paste it in flexi, now the option to paste is grayed out. I can still copy docs and text and paste them in word or another email but not flexi.

I can copy items in flexi and paste in flexi but anything outside of flexi will not paste.

Any idea's, I've reset the defaults and that did not help.

Windows 7 64bit, i3, 6gigs, Flexi 10.5 designer

did you try a reboot of your PC?, clears alot of gremlins out of your system...

try selecting the text tool and click anywhere in the document and paste text like that. usually works better anyway because it formats it.

Never had to select the text tool to paste text but hey it beats typing it all out.

Of yea, restarted the system several times after I reset the defaults in flexi. That did not work in my case.
