pattern fill on lettering

I'm in Signlab and have some lettering that I'm using a wood grain fill with and I keep getting off white pixels along the edge of my lettering after I give it a bevel boss effect. The lettering is fine until the bevel boss is used.

Has anyone ran into this and/or have a fix for it. Thanks for any help.

No ones seen this before, I'm still fighting it. I think I've tried everything and still have the same results everytime.

One solution could be to create it slightly larger, then mask it with the text outline path in Illustrator to get rid of the edge pixels.

What you are seeing is two raster operations on one vector image of the same size! I think if you did a blur to the bevel it may fix it!
