PC60 question, need help

i was using the cutting portion and when i changed colors and set everything, the machine locked up, the # 6 cartridge light is flashing and the machine does nothing, it does not even reset, even unplugged it and everything, cartridges are all fine and right, any help would be appreciated

So when you turn it on, does it go across and sense the carts and then lock up with the #6 light flashing? Do you have a bad label on the #6 cart?
