PDF file, Colors are missing

Hello,

Hopefully someone can help me out here. I got this big file from a customer in an Ai file, file got a lot of PMS colors and Tranparent and opacity so the color blend in. I usually save in a PDF file and print in from my Roland versawork. When in open the pdf file in versawork the transparent are missing. If i save it as an EPS the colors come out different.

Does Versaworks have APPE?

did you flatten before exporting as pdf?

if that doesnt work, open it in photoshop and save as raster
