pdf files

Excuse my ignorance here, but usually I do not have a problem opening pdf files in Flexi Photoprint 5.0. Today however I tried and the photo that I see in Acrobat does not come into Flexi. Any ideas whats going on? Is it a problem that the real photo was not embedded?

Does the file open in Acrobat Reader?

yes it opens there and I see all the copy and the photograph. In Flexi the pic is missing but all the copy is present.

Try

Opening it in acrobat, file, save as, .eps. Then try to import the .eps. This works for X3, Not sure about Flexi.....

The pic could be masked. Flexi deals with pdf in weird ways sometimes. Also, if the pic is not embedded, it won't work in Flexi.
