i have a pdf that was emailed to me, when i open in flexi all the lines are separated etc. a buddy of mine has corel and says it opens and looks fine..what does flexi do to pdf files???

Do you have Photoshop? if so, open in PS and save as tif. Or I think you could export as a tif from Illustrator. Then open the new file in Flexi. Gets it out the door!

+1. This si what i do all the time. If its a print there is no reason to go to flexi. That is if you have a separate rip application (versawork, colorip, postershop etc)

I opened in Flexi, and printed a small size. Looks great. I use flexi as rip always have used it, never really had any problems with it.

guides

When opened in Illustrator you see the vertical lines which are guides and can be turned off, I do not use flexi but see if there is someway to turn them off. Open the one that is attached and see if that works.
