I would unmask all that you can and then vectorize the rest

Looks like you can just Ungroup it first. <Ctrl-U>

at a closer look, i must say thats one of the weirdest files ive seen for a while! part raster part vector, some of it come apart ok. i would try and pick it apart and copy & paste bits to a new document to create you own version. enjoy!

I unmasked it and vectorized the grass thing. Looks ok. Let me know if you want the .fs file

Ask for a line work eps though. Acrobat Pro can spot the difference instantaneously.

Come on woodbs, if you can't hand trace that logo in less than 5 minutes you need to take your mouse out behind the barn and shoot it.

CS3 apps work equally as well ... break a part = line work was not apparent though.
