Pegboard Skinz/wraps

Has anyone heard of these? Can they be produced on a Roland and if so where would I get the vinyl from? Otherwise, anybody of a good place to outsource. Thanks! Here is a company I found just by a quick google search.

could be cut using a plotter but that's a LOT of work. I think a custom die or a rolling die would be a better solution.
