Perf Cut Decals Curling

I’m having issues with my laminator. I laminated about 20 meters roll-to-roll and then cut them, but they are curling very strongly.

Could the pressure of the laminating rollers be too high, or is the brake on the print and take-up roller too strong?

It’s a cold laminator. The film used was Oracal 3351 with Oraguard 215. I waited 24 hours before laminating, but the material was kept rolled up on a roll. After laminating, another 10 hours passed before cutting.

Could storing the laminated material rolled up for too long before cutting be causing this issue?

most likely the tension on the laminate spool of your laminator. ever so slightly stretching the laminate before it lays-down onto your print and it wanting to shrink-back.
...especially when it comes to calendared laminates like the 215. If you don't mind mix&matching brands, Grimco's Briteline wrapcast laminates are about the same price as the oraguard 215.

....if the curl is away from the laminant, then the tension is too high on the media... if the curl us toward the laminant then the tension is too high on the laminant....

from the looks of your sample pic I think you may have too much tension on the media with respect to the laminant. (if the laminant on top of the image tries to shrink - as if it had too much tension and was trying to relax - then the curl would be up, not down.)
