perf cut non uniform lines looks horrible

My plotter is a vinyl express Q54 the same as a fc8600 from what i read and i am told just re branded.
I have a design set up that cuts out a perf cut that is 1.5 tall and 4.5 wide with rounded corners. I did about 5 test samples to get the force just enough to cut all the way through laminated oracal 3165 material.

I have the plotter set to #4 in the line cut selection for the perf. I have tried speeds from 5 to 30 with no real difference. It pops out perfect and nice just the connecting cut lines look horrible.

I have attached images of what i am talking about.

I have tried time after time to do the line cut setting from flexi with changing the conditions and all that yet the only way i can get it to cut the perf line is to set condition 8 on the plotter with the cut line segment and just tell flexi to send a straight line.
I have another thread on here about that but have yet to get it to work.

Thanks in advance.

you do have the blade in tool slot #3 right? where you put your blade holder there is (2) slots - it goes to the front slot (closer to you)

Just throwing it out there

I moved the blade back inside the holder a little bit and i turned up the pressure some and it helped some. Here are my current setting along with an image of my blade holder with how far the blade is sticking out if it help.

Anyone. As soon as i raise the pressure enough to not cut all the way through the media it will cut straight. As soon as it goes through the media it looks like this. I have also changed out blade with a new one.
