Perfect Circle

Can anyone around me cut me a 6' circle 1-3" thick with a 1/4-3 1/16" acrylic face. I could probobly try.. But not sure I'd hit a perfect circle. Preferably all black. Need it to be lightweight so I can affix it to a building with a simple white diecut on it.

Is this whole circle 1-3" thick? I do not understand what you are looking for.

Basically want something for outdoors, that is 1-3" thick cut in a erfcet circle with a matching acrylic face. (it doesn't matter if its 1 or 3" thick but I wasn't sure what materials are out there.) so.. Same thickness all the way through.

Do the sides have to match the face? Does the whole circle need to be 1-3" inches thick or can the center be open? Where is it going (mounting/installed)?

Something like drawing?
