phone numbers with a name dilemma

I use a Blackberry and far to many times I get a number and its a word for the last 4 digits. Has anyone else besides myself noticed that you cant do that with a Blackberry?

you just need a proper letter to number chart - I believe most phones come with them

I guess what I forgot to mention is that I now tell customers who have these types of numbers that they better put the actual digits below or to the side as those with Blackberrys wont know the numbers easily....and these days thats a lot of possible clients

so like in an email to you or something? just type the number in...it's four numbers, jeez...
