photo op cutouts?

Anyone on here able to do life size photo op cutouts? I just dont have time to do it. I have a company looking for a photo op using the flying car from grease. They want them 2 taken out and for people to take photo's. Not just a oval face cutout but more of the whole head so the persons hair will show etc. This is the pic they are wanting. Is this even possible? Thanks

Of course it's possible. But you're gonna need a higher res photo than this. Might be best to just vector create something....simply a windshield frame, a dash, steering wheel, and the entire windshield cut out.
