Photo Tex rippling on L260

I am printing on Phototex on an HP L260. On a sample roll I noticed that the backing paper can get rippled (particularly where the closer to the end of the roll as it is tightly wound up. Its like the heat or something separates the vinyl from the backing and then get get shifted. If anyone can give me some clarification, I would be greatful.

Heat Settings

I am not very familiar with Latex printers, but on my eco solvent printer. Whenever I print on a PSA material i dont blast the heater as i would on a banner material sometimes i turn it off as it will just melt up the adhesive on the backing and will creat problems.
