Want to know if Photo Zoom Pro 3 is an excellent program for photo enhancement or is there any better for the money. Needing the biggest bang for the buck.

With practice you can obtain the same results in Photoshop with no additional programs or plugins.

It's all about manipulating resolution, grain, artifacts, light, etc, etc, etc.

I have used it in the past, but do not anymore . . . !

I agree, you can do every bit as good in photoshop! Tested many enlargement software brands and was not really impressed with any of them.
