We got PhotoPrint 6 with our system and it was no where near ready to go. After TONS of wasted ink and vinyl, not to mention TIME, they reversed us to PhotoPrint 5 and the problems were eventually worked out, but what a hassle. Fellers & SAI were more than attentive to the problem and were great to work with but it still cost us alot of time. If you're thinking of upgrading, I'd say wait.
Fellers compensated us for the material, but the time wasted was a killer for our bottom line. Just a heads up.
