Photoshop Elements plug-in for ai files ?

Did a search for elements and found nothing. Thought I would ask here.

I don't currently have photoshop, but I do have Photoshop elements 3.0. From what I understand there is a plugin available that would allow me to open ai type files.

Does anyone know what that plugin is? Possibly where to get it.

I'm not a photoshop user. I had an ai file emailed to me today, I've never seen one before, so I don't know what to do with it.

What program or file type are you needing to import it to?

Nothing special. I mainly work with jpg images and the like. Dabble in png and gifs now and then. My wife hand carves signs so our digital imaging needs aren't super high tech.

Also, I don't own any high powered software like photoshop etc...I do have Photoshop elements which allows me to work with most everything that I need.
