Photoshop Rasterize EPS Preferences

I am converting a lot of EPS vector files to raster in Photoshop that I would like to modify the default rasterize settings shown in the dialog below and save the new settings as a preference. I am unable to figure a way to do this except to manually change them every time or use an action to convert them once opened in Photoshop. What am I missing? I am running Creative Suite 5.5 and would like to change both the default color mode and resolution.

Yes. I have CS2 on another machine and it also uses my last settings. For some reason CS 5.5 doesn't.

Sorry did not see you said 5.5. That is weird because I just recently updated one of our machines to CC and it had CS 5 before and it used my last settings always.
