On arrival of our Graphtec FC8000-130 series cutter, me and a co worker started fiddling and messing with the cutter, naturally. Well he lifted up the far right pinch roller, the one with the big wheel underneath it. And the arms on the side of the lever broke, well one of them. So i finally got the replacement part after calling and e mailing my Graphtec tech guy a few times, now he wont reply back to come help fix some of our problems. So does anyone know how to disassemble the pinch rollers?
