pinch roller error

i have made sure the rollers are on the right area, cleaned the sensor on the tool carriage, even rechecked the carriage ribbon(which i just replaced a month ago) all clean and secure, the only thing with it is a small crease where it attaches to the circuit board on the tool carriage. but the tech said that was fine?? any ideas why i wold still be getting pinch roller errors? thanks

Check if the sheet cut blade is running in the groove like it is supposed to. The cut carriage may be twisted a little so the sensor isn't close enough to the metal on the end roller to read it. What error are you getting? What type of Roland is it? Do you get it every time or occasionally?
