Pink instead of Red

After replacing a Yellow cartridge, my blues came out green, my reds came out orange. I then proceeded to do a Powerful Clean and upon printing the test image, everything looked fixed. When I print my job, the blue looks great, but my red is really pink.
I'm using a VP-540 with Versaworks. The media is the Oracal 3164G (with the 3164G profile). I switched the supplied "red" color to Roland's PR43K (real red) and I still get pink.
