placing window decals on the inside to show out, what is needed?

In a flat bed you can print mirror color then opaque white and then color. This way you can read it from both sides. Lots of ink for a short term graphic tho.

swissqprint does this in the same pass, and it can be done in roll to roll mode for high volumes.
