I only know it as ENGRAVERS TITLING........sorry I can't tell you where to find it, but Engravers Classic Bold from Dennis Ortiz-Lopez may work. Heres a link to his foundry. Some of his fonts are available from MyFonts.

jhill: goudy is close, but not close enough...i'm making a new plaque to go below the existing and it needs to match...the R, S, W and M are the letters i'm really worried about matching, and ALL of them appear in the new name...

This is Xenetech engraving font. Most of it is close match except "W"
