Plaques quicker than gemini?

I'm deep in it on this one.
I've got a client having their building dedication May 20th with a commemorative plaque, and due to me not understanding Gemini's quote I did not understand that they had inverted the layout until I got the proof yesterday. Now they say I need to go bigger, change from etched to tooled, and that tooled takes longer so no chance on having this in time. They will not rush for any price.
Does anyone have another source I should try??

The other option is to fake it. make it from PVC or similar and do a faux finish

Thanks Bill - I found someone who will do me a 21" x 21" thin sheet of laser etched metal that will look great for the dedication.
