I need plastic trim for 3mm dibond. What is the best place to get this and what tool is best for cutting the angles where the edges meet?

Edge caps are for plywood. ACP looks better bare than it would with edge caps. Anyway, you might have a tough time finding them in 3mm. This post from 2010 was never resolved:
