DIY Printer Fixing Guide
If you did a back up recovery, most likely your IP settings were set back to the defaults. Check the IP address in the printer and write it down. Then check your IP address for the computer. The first 3 sets of numbers should match:

Example: First 3 sets of numbers on the printer are probably 192.168.001. It should be the same on your computer. The last number in the IP address should be unique to each the computer and the printer plus any other device that may be on the network.

So in the end your setup should look like this or similar:

Computer IP: 192.168.001.10

Printer IP: 192.168.001.253 (Usually the default in Mutoh Printers)

Hope this makes sense!

yeah printer is setup with same ip as flexi

That is how it should be set up. Now you just have to check the computer's IP address and make sure the first 3 sets of numbers match the printer's IP address and the last number is different. Think of it this way:

192.168.001.XXX is the neighborhood that your computer and printer live in. The last number is the exact house address of each machine. If the computer thinks it is in neighborhood 192.168.555 and the printer thinks it is in neighborhood 192.168.001, they can't find each other.
