Please help! Graphtec fc5100-150

New member that desperately needs help. Our Graphtec FC5100 stop working late last night in the middle of a huge job. Have found out it's the pen block assembly and possibly the circuit board. Can't find parts anywhere. Please help!

Does anyone know if that assembly is universal on all FC5100's or each one specific to its model?
