Please help ID these fonts

Can you please help identify the fonts for Shenandoah and the great meadow?

This forum has gotten me out of a bind before, so here I am again...

Is it a font? The two h's, two n's, and two a's are different.

When i first saw it i thought it could be from sudtipos.com the way the bottoms of the "d", "h" and "a's" look, but i guess i was wrong.
I still think it's a font though, the difference in the h's and a's is because an alternative was used.
